SUMMARY: The City received an offer to purchase the real property located at 124 North Callow
Avenue for $41,600 from Robert Zauper. The proposed purchase and sale agreement sets out the
terms of the sale.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The Arterial Street Fund will receive the proceeds

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to declare the real propertylocated at 124 North Callow Avenue as surplus to the City's needs;
to approve the purchase and sale agreement between the City of Bremerton and Robert Zauper and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the same with substantially the same terms as conditions
as presented; and, further to authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to close
the transaction.
