SUMMARY: The City received an offer to purchase the Capital Hill Fire Station for $253,000 from
Jeremiah Wiley and Shayna McKinnon. The proposed purchase and sale agreement sets out the terms
of the sale.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The Contingency Reserve Fund will receive the
proceeds from the sale, less costs of closing the transaction.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to declare the real property known as the Capital Hill Fire Station as surplus to the City's needs;
to approve the purchase and sale agreement between the City of Bremerton and Jeremiah Wiley and
Shayna McKinnon and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the same with substantially the
same terms as conditions as presented; and, further to authorize the Mayor to execute any and all
documents necessary to close the transaction.
