Amendment to Communications Tower

SUMMARY: The City currently has a lease with SPRINT for the Anderson Creek antenna site. The
attached amendment is to allow SPRINT to modify the site by replacing the current equipment
containers with new ones and extending the concrete slab to accommodate the upgrades.
