RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Resolution to increase the contract amount for
Synergy Construction for Harborside Fountain Park and Heritage Museum and Events Addition in the
amount of$1,750,000, and authorize the Mayor to finalize the Resolution in substantially the same
form as presented.
