SUMMARY: Construction Change Orders for Berschauer Phillips in the amount of $441 ,292 related
to the Art Morken Law Enforcement Center are reasonable and necessary due to unforseen situations
and necessary construction changes as outlined in Exhibit A.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Resolution to increase the contract amount for
Berschauer Phillips Construction for the Art Morken Law Enforcement Center in the amount of
$441,292 and authorize the Mayor to finalize the resolution in substantially the same form as
presented.
