SUMMARY: City Council previously adopted Resolution No. 3013 designating Brad Gehring as the
City's elected representative to attend and represent the City of Bremerton at a Public Transportation
Improvement Conference called by Kitsap County and held on November 9, 2006. The Public
Transportation Improvement Conference adopted a Resolution finding it desirable to change Kitsap
Transit's boundaries and scheduled a public hearing to consider fixing and establishing such changed
boundaries. The proposed resolution confirms the City's desire to be included within the boundaries
of the Kitsap County Public Transportation Benefit Area known as Kitsap Transit.
