SUBJECT: Approval of utility easements,
Equipment Transportation Agreement, and
Schedule 74 Underground Conversion
Agreement
SUMMARY: The proposed easements, Equipment Transportation Agreement and Schedule 74
Underground Conversion Agreement provide terms for converting the aerial utilities to underground
in the alley adjacent to the Admiral Theater.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Total project cost of the undergrounding
requested by the City is estimated to be $141,000. PSE would pay 60% of the eligible costs under the
Schedule 74 Tariff, approximately $74,000, leaving the City of Bremerton's share approximately
$67,000. The adjacent property owner, who will also benefit from the project, will contribute ~.11 "
