SUMMARY: The WSDOT is planning for the construction of the Downtown Bremerton
PedestrianlBTC Access Improvement Project. As part of the Sundry Site Plan for the Bremerton
Transportation Center, WSDOT has requested the City transfer a 333 square foot parcel of vacated 1 st
Street to incorporate into their site. This parcel has no inherent value to the City. The proposed
resolution authorizes the transfer of property to the WSDOT.
