SUMMARY: The Cooperative Purchasing Agreement allows the City of Bremerton to purchase
mobile computer terminals for police vehicles using a consortium contract with the City of
Lynnwood, its Police Department, and other jurisdictions in Snohomish and King Counties. The
agreement is with DATEC Corporation from Seattle, Washington. The price is $46,548. for 12
mobile computers. These 12 are the last mobile computer purchase under the COPS MORE
technology grant.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $46,548.00 will be charged against the funds
provided under the COPS MORE 2002 federal technology grant. These expenditures are included in
the adopted 2006 budget.
