CLASS 52 DUCTILE IRON PIPE, ELEVEN FIRE HYDRANT ASSEMBLIES AND 10-INCH
SENSUS FIRE LINE SERVICE METER ASSEMBLY located upon the following real property
situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington and legally described as:

That portion of the South half of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Kitsap
County, Washington lying West of Anderson Hill Road, lying North of Old Clifton Road as described in Auditor's
File no. 660557 and lying East of the following described line:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said section;
Thence N 02040'41" E, along the West line of said section, a distance of 55.23 feet to a point on the North right-
of-way margin of said Old Clifton Road, said point being on the arc of a curve, the center of which bears N

Thence Easterly, along said margin, and along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of
2,835.00 feet, through a central angle of 19059'10" a distance of 988.92 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
