DEED OF CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The Grantor, Dean Moergeli conveys and warrants to the City of Bremerton the following
described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 163 FEET OF 8-INCH, CLASS 52 DUCTILE IRON PIPE, ONE FIRE
HYDRANT AND APPROXIMATELY 133 FEET OF 8-INCH PVC SEWER PIPE AND ONE
MAN HOLE located upon the following real property situated in the County of Kitsap, State of
Washington and legally described as:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That portion of the West half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 20, Township 27 North, Range 1 East W. M.
