The Grantor, Pacific Western Timber conveys and warrants to the City of Bremerton the
following described public improvements and/or real property interests:
APPROXIMATELY 85 LINEAR FEET OF 8-INCH, CLASS 52 DUCTILE IRON PIPE, ONE
FIRE HYDRANT AND MISCELLLANEOUS APPURTENANCES located upon the following
real property situated in the County of Kjtsap, State of Washington and legally described as:

SITUATED WITHIN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 1
WEST, W.M., IN KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON, THE CENTERLINE OF WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS
