SUMMARY: Staff is proposing amendments to Title 2 BMC relating to the reorganization of certain
offices in order to obtain greater efficiency in the provision of administrative and support services for
the City. The recommended change includes moving Information Technology functions to the Public
Works & Utilities Deparment and adding responsibility for management of the Conference Center
Operating Fund to the responsibilities of the Director of Financial Services.
