SUMMARY: Building site at 11 th & Warren was advertised in the Kitsap Sun and City of Bremerton
web site September 27th through October 9th. The property was appraised at $201,000. There was one
bid for the full purchase price from Robison/Green, LLC.
ATTACHMENTS (1) Offer to purchase real estate; (2) Cashier check for $1,000 earnest money
FISCAL IMP ACTS Proceeds to be placed in Contingency Reserve Fund and restricted to
authorize Parks uses.
