SUMMARY: Through the labor negotiation process under Article 23 it was agreed to eliminate three
(3) Firefighters position and add three (3) Lieutenants positions. With this reclassifcation the Fire
Department will then be able to assign and have completed more of the administrative assignments.
ATTACHMENTS: Staffing Authorization from budget book
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None. Through the adoption of the Labor
Agreement and the budget adjustment this item has been funded.
