SUMMARY: The action before the Council is to conduct a public hearing and consideration of an
ordinance for land subdivision procedures, amendments to BMC 20.02 Table 040 Permit Processing
Procedures to reflect the new land subdivision regulations, and amendments to Rate Table C ofBMC
3.01.040 to reduce subdivision fees.

FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The proposed ordinance will reduce revenues that
the city would recieve for large (many lot) subdivisions. The reduction in fees is not anticipated to
have fiscal impacts.
