SUMMARY: The City accepts applications for HOME funding throughout the year, with final
funding decisions made by the Council. Habitat for Humanity is requesting additional funding for
New Hope, an 18-unit project on Arsenal Way. A staff memo with further information is attached. If
approved, additional funding for this project will be added to the City's Action Plan to be submitted to
HUD.
