SUMMARY: On May 1 ih, 2006, the City Council approved the 2007 CDBG / HOME Policy Plan
which outlined the funding allocation process and included CDBG rules and regulations. The
Citizens Advisory Committees (CACs) have completed their review process and the funding
recommendations on the following pages have been made for your consideration and approval. If
approved, these submissions will be sent to the Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) in the 2007 Annual Action Plan.
