SUMMARY: The City ofBremerton has operated the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program for
over 25 years. The Program is funded by CDBG funds, and H,DME funds where appropriate. The
Program was last updated May 10, 1989 with Resolution 2246. In order for the Program to continue
responding to the needs of the City, the Department of Community Development CDBG/HOME staff
is submitting an updated program description for consideration and approval.
