SUMMARY: On July 19,2006, Resolution #3004 was passed declaring property located between
Trenton Avenue and Jacobsen Boulevard surplus and approving the sale of this property. The sale
price was calculated using the tax assessed square foot value of each parcel of property, however, the
square footage attributed to each parcel was incorrect. This resolution amends Section 2 of
Resolution No. 3004 to correct the sale price ofthe subject property.
