SUMMARY: The City currently leases either sites or towers to various communications
organizations. The attached Lease Agreement is from Tower Asset Sub, LLC. The current lease
expired in July of 2006. The new lease will run for a period of5 years with two five (5) year renewal
terms. The I}ew lease agreement states that Tower Asset Sub, LLC will pay the City $1200.00 per
month. (Currently paying $510.75 per month). The tower is multi-purposed and allows for
additional antennas. Tower Asset Sub, LLC will pay the City 50% of any revenues received from co-
locations on the tower.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the telcommunications facilities lease agreement
with Tower Asset Sub LLC for a five year term, commencing /Vov I ,2006 and authorize the
Mayor to execute the agreement in substantially the same form as presented.
