Re: Parking lot for Doctor's Clinic - Cherry Ave.
The site plan and landscaping plan for the parking lot for the Doctor's
Clinic employee parking area on Cherry Avenue has been reviewed by the Planning
Department and the Park Department.
The Park Department has indicated their approval of the landscape plan,
as presented.
The site plan for the parking area does not have a scale or dimensions
indicated, therefore we are unable to determine if it meets the parking lot
standard requirements in all areas. A copy of the parking lot,standards is
enclosed for your information. A five foot setback is required along Cherry
Avenue. A storm water and oil separation system is to be approved by the
City Engineer prior to construction.
Upon completion of your final plans, it will be necessary for you to
obtain a building permit prior to construction or improvement of the lot.
Thank you for your cooperation in resolving this to everyone's
satisfaction.

AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
according to Ordinance No. 1792 (Bridgeview)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:
Lots 3 & 4, Blk. 1, Third Addn. to Sheridan
Park, according to plat recorded in Vol. 8 of
Plats, pages 64, 65, 66 & 67, in Kitsap County.,
Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3), subject to the following restrictions:
1. The site shall be restricted to an accessory
parking lot for employees of the Doctor's Clinic.
2. Access shall be established with ingress only from
Cherry Ave. and ingress and egress from Cherry Place.
3. A landscape and screening plan is to be approved by
the Planning Department prlor to issuance of a
building permit.'
