Immediately following the City Council Meeting, the Council Members will reconvene in COUNCIL
CONFERENCE ROOM 603 to hear presentations on the following items. Please note that no action will be

1. Appointment of Tanya N. Stansberry to the Bremerton Housing Authority Board of Commissioners-

2. Approval of Lease with the Bremerton Community Theater - Wyn Birkenthal, Parks Director
3. Approval of Telecommunications Facilities 5-Year Lease Agreement with TOWER ASSET SUB, LLC-

4. Proposed Resolution to amend Section 2 of Resolution No. 3004 to correct the sale price of property
located between Trenton Avenue & Jacobsen Boulevard - Mike Mecham, City Engineer

9. Proposed Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance establishing a new Chapter 20.12 "Land
Divisions" for land subdivision procedures; amending Chapter 20.02 "Project Permits" Table 040; and
amending Rate Table C of Chapter 3 of the Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) - Andrea Spencer,

10. Proposed Public Hearing and to consider an Ordinance establishing a "Design Review Committee"
and amending Chapter 20.02 "Project Permits" of the Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) to include
