Allow 24 hour prior notice for all inspections. Emergencies will
be handled as soon as possible. If. required inspections are not
called for and made by the necessary City Departments, a Stop Work
Order will be posted until necessary inspection is completed. Any
materials hindering the inspection will be removed so an adequate
inspection can be performed.
All completed structures will have'a Certificate of Occupancy BEFORE
the structure is occupied. Ifa structure is occupied without a
Certificate of Occupancy, the City will have the water utilities
removed and order the structure vacated until compliance is achieved.

be handled as soon as possible. If required inspections are not
called for and made by the necessary City Departments, a Stop Work
Order ,'lill be posted until necessary inspection is completed. Any
materials hindering the inspection will be removed so an adequate
inspection can be performed.
All completed structures will have a Certificate of Occupancy BEFORE
the structure is occupied. If a structure is occupied without a
Certificate of Occupancy, the City will have the water utilities
removed and order the structure vacated until compliance is achieved.

In reviewing the plans for the six-plex, we find' that there are four (4)
parking stalls on Charleston and ample parking in the basement which has
been provided by the developer to adequately meet the requirements for
off-street parking.
The Police Department would like to see the developer place a street
light on the access drive of Farragut A hat this area will be
visible at all times.
