SUMMARY: The City has negotiated a Professional Services Agreement with URS, an engineering
and architectural consultant, to provide engineering services for the Southwest Bremerton Residential
Sewer Extension project. The project will construct a sewage pump station and a force main to
collect waste water flow from residential developments in Southwest Bremerton and convey it to the
Bremerton Waste Water Treatment Plant. URS will provide engineering design support and related
project management, bidding and construction support.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The amount of the Professional Services
Agreement is not to exceed $368,489.80. The design is funded by a Public Works Trust Fund Loan.
