SUMMARY: The state has requested conveyance of certain real property and the granting of a
temporary construction easement for construction of the BTC Ingress/Egress Improvement Project.
The proposed resolution authorizes the sale ofthe property and granting of the easement and
authorizes the Mayor to finalize and execute the documents necessary to close the transaction.

FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The City will receive a minimum of $248,400 as
