SUMMARY: The Resolution accepts the initial petition by owners of not less than 10% of assessed
property value in the proposed area, to annex territory into the city: and further requires the adoption
of the City's Comprehinsive Plan land use designation for the proposed annexation area, and requires
the assumption of the City's existing indebtedness by the area to be annexed.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Complete cost / benefit analysis to be completed
