FISCAL IMPACTS Cost are required in advance of the sale of this property to make it ready to
advertise for sale. Budget approval is needed to expend Contingency Reserve Funds in advance of the
receipt of sale proceeds to complete this preliminary work.

Fund (Fundl02) and the related transfer of funds from the Contingency Reserve (Fund 103) to the
Street Fund to cover cost associated with preparing the Capital Hill fire Station for future sale.
