SUMMARY: The City, in a collaborative effort with the U.S. Navy, has initiated the vacation of
various streets and alleys lying south of Burwell Street, west of Pacific Avenue, and south of 1 sl Street
in downtown Bremerton in the continued revitalization of the downtown corridor. The City Council
is requested to establish a hearing date of September 6, 2006, to consider the proposed vacation.
