SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Sewage Pump Station CE-6 2006
Modifications" were opened on August 1, 2006. Two bids were received for this project. Pivetta
Brothers Construction, Inc. was the lowest responsive, responsible bidder with a bid of $813,002.50
(including sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is funded by a loan from the
Washington State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (SRF Loan ID# L0400003), a loan from
the Public Works Trust Fund (PWTF 04-691-010), and a grant from the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (Grant ID# XP-96020701-1).
