SUMMARY: Call for bids was prepared, advertised, distributed and received in accordance with
City bid procedures. Two bids were received. The low bidder is RD. Fowler Company, Bremerton,
W A. The City of Bremerton uses this company for purchase of inventory and has proven to be a
responsible, reliable, and cooperative company.
