SUMMARY: Approval and authorization of formal execution of a 2006/2007 contract between the
City and Olympic College for providing Leadership Training to Management employees.
A TT ACHMENTS: Contract from Olympic College to provide Leadersip Training using
Development Dimensions International (DDI) Modules scheduled to begin in September 2006 and
run through April 2007 (copy attached).
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $26,500 total for 2006/2007; $13,250 for 2006
and $13,250 for 2007. There are adequate funds in the Human Resources Professional Services line
item to cover the total cost of the contract for 2006. The proposed budget for 2007 will include this
amount for 2007.

with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
