Co~ty Deed recorded in Vol. 799 ~age
in hand paid~ conveMs to the City of Bremerton
the follo~,~ng described real property for public purposes o~ly~ specifically~
to-~t: to be used for street purposes on~v~
Lot 26~ Pert Orchard Acre Tracts~ 3rd Series except the E. 1~0 ft. thereof
and except tract conveyed to Marine Drive I~r~ement Club by Deed recorded
in Vol. 2~9, Page [~2[~ ~d except Co~mty Roads.
This deed is made in co~li~ce ~ith Chapter 238 of the Session
Laws for the State of %~ashington for the year 19}~7; the said above des-
cribed real proDerty having been deeded to Kitsap Co~ty by reason of
a general t~ foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap Co~ty~ in %he manner
~d fo~ provided by law and the City of Bre~erton he~ing heretofore applied
to the Kitsap Cowry Co~issioners~ has tendered ~d paid ~to the said
Kitsap Co~ty~ the above mentioned amo~%~ ~d in compli~ce ~th the aid
law the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton as above
set forth~
TO ~VE AYD TO HOLD the same~ unto the .C,z~), of Bremerton
for the purpose of street use only forever.
