WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 325, regularly passed by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, the completion date of the Valley Construction Company's contract
for Waterworks Construction, known as Docket Wash. 45-165, was extenSed, and it now
appears that an additional extension should be granted, for reasons beyond the
control of the Valley Construction Company, now therefore,
BE IT RESOL~fED that the time for completion of the sai~ contract of the Valley
Construction Company be and the same is hereby extended to three hundred four (304)
days beyond December 8, 1942.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 1st day of
December, 1943.
