sation for the taking by United States of America of any estate in the Domestic Water

the City of Bremerton, Washington, otherwise designated as Parcels 53 and 53A respect-
~vely in that certain condemnation suit entitled United States of America, Petitioner,
vs. 30.78 acres of Land, More or Less, in the City of Bremerton, Kitsap Cotu~ty,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk forward a certified copy of this
resolution to the Department of Justice, Lands Division, 655 Skinner Building,
Seattle, Washington.
