RESOLUTION NO. 522
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that it is to the best
interests of the City and the United States of America, that the lease between the City
of Bremerton as Lessor and the United States of America as Lessee, dated June l, 1943,
relating to the following described city property:
Building located on the Second Street Municipal Wharf, situated at the
Eastern end of Second Street, City of Bremerton, County of Kitsap, State
of Washington, EXCEPT the Westerly or inshore 30 feet of the lower floor
of said building as inclosed by the existing partition; containing
approximately 4000 square feet of floor space,
be approved and entered into by the City of Bremerton; and the said lease having been
read to the City Council,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute five copies thereof on behalf of the City, the Mayor is directed to initial
the first page of each of said five copies and the City Clerk is directed to return all
five copies with five copies of this resolution, to Real Estate Branch, U. S. Army
Engineers, 217 Lloyd Bldg., Seattle, 2, Washington, for execution by the United States
oof America.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 29th day of October,
1943.
