V~UEREAS, there has been filed ~th the Federal Works Agency for ~d ~n behalf
of the City of Bremerton, (herein called the "O~er", an application for Federal
assistance ~der the War Public Works progr~, and ~e United States of ~erica,
acting by ~d th~u~ the Federal ~orks A~Inistrator, has tr~smitted to the Owner
~nd Offer of Federal assistance In connection with the public works referred to in
said application ~d described in said Offer; and
~ER~S, said Offer has been duly read tn open meeting and has been fully
considered in every respect in accordance with the pertinent rules of procedure
and legal requirements, ~d
~tE~EAS, said offer has been made a part of the public records of the Owner;

WHER~S, it is de~ed advisable and in the public interest that said Offer
be accepted;
NOW, T~[EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED PY the City Council of the City of Br~erton
that the said Offer of the United States of ~ertca, a t~ue and correct copy of
which is hereto attached, be ~d the s~e is hereby accepted without reservation
or qualification.
