WHEI:~EAS, the three members o£ the City Council orally instructed the City Tressurer
to invest $30,000.00 from the General Fund end $20,000.00 from the Water Fund in
U. S. Wsr Bonds, and nursuant to such instructions said investment has been made; and
it appears that there is no record on the minutes of the council meeting of the City
of Bremerton relating to said transaction, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that the City
Treasurer of the City of Bremerton be authorized and directed to invest $30,000.00
frnm the General Fund and $20,000.00 from the Water Fund in U. S. War Bonds as of
September 22, 1943.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, end
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 13th day of October,
1945.
