WHEREA3, the bids received for the construction of a Refuse Burner, Project Wash.
45-260N, at Bremer~on, Washington, have been duly opened, read and compared, and i~
appears that H. C. McBride is low bidder,
WHEREAS, such bid is within the available funds for the construction of aRefuse
Burner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the contract for the construction of said
Refuse Burner, Project Wash. 45-260N be and the same is hereby awarded to H. C. McBride
for the sum of Three Thousand One Hundred Forty Dollars ($3140.O0), such sum being the
bid submitted by said H. C. McBride.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton be
and they are hereby authorized to execute such construction contract and any other
docxuaenta, agreements or instruments in connection therewith for and on behalf of said
City of Bremerton.
This award is tentative and may be rescinded or cancelled at any time prior to
written notification to the said H. C. McBride that the award is final and such notifi-
cation is hereby authorized upon receip~ by the City of Bremerton of appropriate da~a
from the Regional Engineer, Federal Works Agency.
PAS~ED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 23rd day of September,
1943.
