RESOLUTION NO. 514
WHEREAS, certain personal property has come into the possession of police authorities
of the City of Bremerton, and
WHEREAS, written notice to the known owners has been given that said property is
being held by the City of Bremerton and if not claimed that such property would be sold.,
and
WHEREAS, said personal property has not been re-claimed and has been held in
possession of tb~ Police Department for a period of six months,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton
be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to advertise for the sale of the said
personal property, to be sold at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash,
and that the proceeds of such sale shall be disposed of as provided by law.
PASBED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 22nd day of September, 1943.
