BE IT RESOLVED, that Lot 1, Blcok 2, Brewster's Second Addition to Decatur,, Kitsap
County Washington, be sold to LEE R. HARRISON and VERA E. HARRISON, his wife, for the
total purchasers shall pay a cash payment of $151.00 thereon and the balance in the
s~ of $1R.50 each month together with interest on unpaid balances at the rate of
six per cent per annum, and when said payments are made, together with interest, that
a deed be delivered to said purchasers for said property.
BE IT FURTT~ER HESOLVED, that ~he Nayor and the City Clerk be and they are here-
by authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to said purchasers, in the
name of the City of Bremerton, a contract for the sale and purchase of the above
entitled property, and also to make, execute and at the time the purchasers shall
have paid the purchase price in full, deliver to said purchasers a good and sufficient
deed to the said property.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof, this fourth day of August, 1943.
