the owners of property abutting on a street In the City of Bremerton, described as
follows, to-wit:
Hayward Avenue from the Southerly line of Shore Drive
South to its teE.nination, as shown by the Plat of
Decatur, Kitsap County, ~Vas~ington,
NOW THE.~REFO:~E, ~E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, that
said petition be heard on the 18th day of Aug~st, 1943, at the hour oC l0 o'clock A.~.

ORDERFD that the C~ity' Clerk of the City of Bre~erton give notice of sai8 hearing b~
the posting of written notices in three of the most public places in the City of Brem-
erton ~nd a like notice be placed in a conspicuous place on the street sought to be
vacsted; which notice shall contain a note that the petition has been file~ to vacate
said street, then a description of the street, together with a statement of the time
an~ place fixed for the hearing of said petition, said notice to be posted a~ lesst
twenty (20) ~ays before the date of said hearing.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the Oity of Bremerton, signed by the
D.~ayor, sn~ attested by the City Clerk this 21st day of July, 1943.
