WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk of the ~lty of Bremerton,
by the owners of all the hereinafter described real property, to-wit:
Five (5) fee~on the-N~rth side 'and Five (8) feet on the South side
159~ feet East from Ohio Avenue, in the~'ity of Bremerton, Washington,
requesting that the said property be vacated, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the ~ity Council of the City of Bremerton, that the City Council
fix Wednesday, the 14th day of July, 1945, at the hour of lO o'clock A.N., as the time
when said petition shall be heard and determined by the said Council.
BE IT FI~RTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed forthwith to post
written or printed notices of the said hearing in three of the most conspicuous places
in the City of Bremerton, and a like notice in a conspicuous place on the said above
described property, which is sought to be vacated, and which said notice shall contain
a statement that the said petition has been filed with the City Council, to vacate the
said described property, together with a statement of the time and place fixed by this
resolution for a hearing on the said petition.
PASSED by the ~lty Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in Authentication of such passage, this 18th day of June, 1945.
