WHERF~A$, tile County of Kitsap, State of Washington, foreclosed for general taxes on
the following described real property in Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
Lots 9 and l0 Block 7 Port Orchard P~.inimum price $120.00
The north 60 feet of Lots 8 and 9
Block 7 Union High School Addition Minimum price $750.00
and the said real property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tax foreclosure
s~.le, and at t he time of said sale there were delinquent assessments against said real
property payable to loc~.l improvement district or districts in the City of Bremerton and
said City paid to kitsap County taxes thereon as by law provided, and now has a Treasurer's
Deed to said property, and the City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said property to
pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed against the said real property, now
therefore,
BF IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO;~.~ISSION OF THE CIT'~.~ OF BREMERTON, That the City Treasurer
ce s~.i~ City be and he is hereby directed to sell the property hereinbefore described at
public sal~ to the highest and best bidder and the said City Treasurer !o hereby directed

~'rculation~_~ in the Cit~ of Bremerton ~n three ~.oncec~t!ve .~s of .~uch newspaper,. ~ which
said notice shall set forth the real property *o be sold, hereinbefore described, together
w~_th the time and place of said s~le, w~ch shall be between the ho~rs of 9 o'clock A.N.,
and ~ o'clock P.M. on a date to be fixed by t~e said City Treasurer, atthe front door of
the City Hall ~n the City. of Bremerton, Washington; and said notice shall further set forth
