BE IT RESOLVED by the Cfty Council of the City of Bremerton that the City of
Breme-~'ton hereby waives all claims to compensation for the taking of perpetual easements
by the U~ited States of America in and to certain str~ps of land, to construct, maintain,
repair, repl. ace, and use thereon sewer pipe lines, which said lands are particulsrly
described _~n that certain condemnation case now pending in Federal court entitled:
"UD!ted States of America vs. Bremerton Bridge Company, s corporation, et al, Docket No.
534, District Court, at Seattle, Washington,
BE IT FURTheR RESOLVED that the City Clerk forward a_ certif~ed copy of this reso-
lution to Frank H~mter, Special Attorney, Department of Justice, 655 S~cinner Bldg.,
Seattle, Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 5th day of May, 1943.
