Claude C. Bales, et al," now pending as Docket ~o. 516 in the Federal court In ~eattle,
W~sh!ngton.
BE IT WURTHER RE~g0LVE~, that the City Clerk forward a certified copy of this resolution
to Frank H~mter, Special Attorney, Department of Justlc~ 655 Skinner Bldg., Se~'ttle,
Wash~ ngton.
PASSED by the ~ity Council of the ~fty of Bremerton, signed by the ~,~ayor~ snd attested
