WHEREAS, the United States of America, through the Federal Works Administration, has
delivered to the City of Bremerton,
One 800 GPM pumper truck fully equipped
and 1000 lineal feet of single Jacket fire hose,
to be used by the City of Bremerton for a period o.f one (1) year with option to renew, as
more fully set out in said lease,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton b
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said lease and take any and all other
steps which may be necessary in fulfilling the requirements of the use of said fire truck
pursuant to said lease.
PASSED by the City Co~mcil of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 10th day of March, 1943.
