RESOLUTION NO. 292
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Bremerton requires the purchasing agent to
advertise for bids where the amount to be expended exceeds the sum of $500.OO, and it
has been brought to the attention of the City Council that by the purchase of a com-
prehensive liability insurance policy, better insurance coverage at a considerable
saving in connection with the various needs for liability, property damage, fire and
other types of insurance, can be obtained by the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the ~Ity Council of the City of Bremerton
secure the services of an insurance expert to advise the City Council regarding its
insurance needs and to prepare a call for bids, to the end that the City may obtain
the maximum insurance protection with minimum cost.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this lVth day of
February, 1943.
