WHEREAS, the bids for the furnishing and installation of sewer pipe and comminutor
and comminutor-house at Bremerton, ~ashington, in connection with the Bremerton sewer
program, Wash. ~ocket 45-17~°, have been duly opened, read, and compareS, and it apoears
that M. ~,'~oschetto is low bidder, and,
~;W~EREAS, such bid is within the available fm~ds of the City of Bremerton an~ ,,ash.
~)ocket 45-172 for such construction,
]iOW THEREFORE, ~$E YT RESOLVED, t?mt the contract for the construction of ss~d
portion of Wash. ~ocket 45-172, be an~ the same is hereby awarded to ~. I~,~oschetto for
the sum of .~49,849.50, such sum being the Old of sai5 }f.. It~oschetto.
BE IT FU~T!iER RE:~0LVED that the IVla~?or and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton be
and they sre hereby authorized to execute such constructi<~n contracts an~ any other
documents, a~reemants, or instruments, in co~u~ection therewith, for and on behalf of
said C~ty of Bremerton.
This awar~ is tentative and may be rescinded and cancelle~:] at any time Drlor to
written not~fication to the contemplated awardee, and that s~ch award is final and s~ch
notification is authorize~ ~]pon receipt by t~e owner of appropriate date from the
Regional Engineer, Federal %~orks Agency.
