8nd equipment for the Recreation Building known and described as Federal Works
Agency, Oocket }~o. V~ash. 4~.-1S~, purs~ant to action of the. Com~nissioners of
sa~d Ho~sing Authority at a me~ting of said Commissioners on November !0,1~,
and accepted the proposal of A.J. }~,~oran to sell restaurant equipmenr~ to the
Cit}/ of i!~rem~rton for Thlrty-fo~:r Hundred Sixty-four and $O/lOOths (~S~6~.$0)
I)ollars, at the meeting of the Housing Authority on ~}~c~mb~r 8, 1~.)4~, said
restaurant ~quipment being for said Recreation ~%~ilding, snd the {3ity Co.,~m-
~ssion of the City of Bremerton being fully advised in th~ pr~mis~s,
NOW P~EREFOR, IT IS RESOLVED that the acts of the Housing Authority of
th~ City of Bremerton, hereinbefore r~ferred to, as agent and representative of
the City of ~remerton, be and are. hereby ratified, c~nfirmed and approved.
PASSED by the City Council of the Cit~.~ of Brem~rton, signed by the ~ayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof, this Srd day of
February, 1%~.
